What Our Customers Are Saying

“Was dealing with an issue that I had since January of 2024. Brought it in to 2 different places 3 separate times charging me for issues that had no connection with what was wrong...I was $1300 in and anywhere I took it didn't seem to know what they were doing. I finally got recommended Kohnert so I figured I'd try it...they figured out the issue and was handled it within the day once they got the part in! I only paid $1400 and it's been about 3 weeks and runs amazing! Can't believe I wasted a whole year trying other autoshops, 100% recommend these guys!”

“Our minivan's alternator died while we were traveling, and we had it towed here late in the day on December 30th. Rob and Manny were great. After I mentioned that the alternator was also replaced a few years ago, they contacted the other shop and warrantied the part for us. Rob came in New Year's Day to do the work, and the van was ready for pickup on January 2nd. Thanks guys!”

“Amazing service and you get an honest group of mechanics who tell you what's wrong, how to fix it, exact costs and are also presented with other options to fix your issue. Rob and his group go above and beyond for you to feel like you're appreciated as a customer! To this day I do all I can to get to Kohnert's for all my auto work! Fast as can be, was in and out for an oil change in 15 mins, can't complain about that! Just had a brake job done at Kohnert's and things went great! They also found another issue that I had noticed and addressed it by changing a bolt and a shimmy I had is now gone at no additional charge! Can't say enough good things about the service at Kohnert's! Went for a follow up visit and they addressed a chirp my car was having (which drove me nuts) in no time! Such nice and fun staff!”

“Took the time to explain to me what was going on with my truck in layman's terms (it wasn't serviced for a while.. whoops) allowing me to make an educated decision on which issues to address ASAP and which could wait a little longer. I appreciate their knowledge and honesty! Quick with work and fair prices!”

“The starter went out on my truck and I had it towed to Kohnert's because it was the closest auto repair shop. They were very easy to work with and had my truck back up and running within 24 hours. Highly recommend them!”

“Took my Saturn wagon in for what I thought was a needed tune up, and I needed a new exhaust. Rob called me to inform me a tune wasn't required and a much less costly repair remedied the rough run (MAF sensor), and saved me money on the exhaust by letting me know of much less expensive but equally effective methods. I look forward to picker the car and having it run like a champ. Thanks!”

“I had to get my exhaust repaired here. They replaced the flex pipe for me since it rusted on through. The service was friendly and the mechanic was honest. He gave a couple options to the fix. Now my car sounds a lot better and even runs better! Accelerates a lot faster! hah hah I highly recommend coming here for any exhaust work that you would possibly need.”

“Great family business. Have always been given a fair price, great work, and he works really hard to fit you in ASAP for emergencies. One of the best mechanics I've ever seen.”

“I have been taking my vehicles to Rob for as long as I can remember, and unless he retires that's where I'll keep going. Very friendly employees, awesome work, very fair priced. I would (and have) recommend him to everyone I can.”
